Marie-Jo has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université Laval and has practiced at the firm since being called to the bar in 2000. She practices in labour and employment law.

Partner at the firm, she specializes in workplace injuries and occupational diseases, as well as grievance arbitration. She has also represented a number of clients in workplace harassment cases. Marie-Jo regularly provides training in these fields. She also represents clients before the Administrative Labour Tribunal, disciplinary committees and civil courts, particularly in judicial review cases.

Member of the board of the Jeune Barreau du Québec (JBQ) for three consecutive years and member of a number of committees including the administrative justice and occupational health and safety committees with the Barreau du Québec, Marie-Jo has also taught labour law with the École du Barreau du Québec’s professional training program. She has also been a member of the executive committee of the Quebec section of the Canadian Bar Association’s committee on Labour and Employment.
